1. Welcome and Your Agreement

Welcome to the Fertility Clinics Directory (the “Directory”). By using this website, you’re telling us that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (T&Cs). These T&Cs are a formal agreement between you (the User) and Fertility Clinics Directory (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) concerning your access and use of our platform. If you can’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the Directory.

2. What We Do (Our Service)

The Fertility Clinics Directory is an online resource designed to help you easily find and compare local fertility clinics, specialists, and treatment options. Think of us as a sophisticated, searchable database.

Crucial Point: We are only a directory. We don’t offer medical advice, make clinical recommendations, or endorse specific providers. We simply provide the contact list and basic details.

3. Your Responsibilities as a User

A. Be Honest and Accurate

If you create an account, submit a review, or send an inquiry, you promise that the information you provide is complete, truthful, and up-to-date.

B. Play Fair (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not use the Directory to do anything unlawful or harmful. This includes:

  • Trying to steal, scrape, or bulk-download our listing data.
  • Uploading any malicious software, like viruses or worms.
  • Sending spam, phishing attempts, or mass unsolicited emails.
  • Violating any local or international laws or regulations.

C. Reviews and Feedback

When you post a review or leave a comment, it must reflect your honest, first-hand experience. Your content can’t be abusive, defamatory, threatening, or obscene. We have the right (but not the obligation) to remove or modify any content we feel violates these standards.

A. Where Our Data Comes From

The information in each fertility clinic listing (such as services, credentials, and contact info) comes from the clinics themselves, public sources, and occasional user submissions.

B. Our Data Promise (and Limitation)

We try very hard to keep the data current and accurate. However, clinic offerings, personnel, and pricing change often. We cannot guarantee that every detail on the Directory is 100% current, complete, or correct.

Clinics are ultimately responsible for the information in their listing. If you spot an error, please let us know so we can investigate and correct it quickly.

5. Medical and Liability Disclaimer (Please Read Carefully)
